Customers must understand that glass polishing/scratch removal is a slow process, requiring patience and time, and a cooling process during every 8 to 10 seconds to prevent cracking or explosion of the surface involved.
On initial completion, the owner or a designated third party, other than the operator, will be responsible for the final inspection before clean up and invoicing. Once this inspection is completed and the owner or responsible third party is satisfied with the work, and the clean up is complete, any marks or missed scratches or stains that are found after inspection and invoicing, the operator is not responsible or liable for further work. Any further issues are at the owner’s or responsible third parties expense. It should be understood by the owner that the job was designated complete and that further polishing is at their expense.
